Price List/Packages

As frames cannot be broken down into smaller sections, we require a minimum width of 80cm for doorways. This must be measured at the narrowest point, (if doors don’t fold back flush the, width of the door, handles, door knobs or push bars need to be taken into account in the measurement). 

If alleyways/side access is to be used then please take account of drainpipes etc in the measurement and confirm that it doesn’t narrow towards the end. We cannot make any narrow 90 degree turns as the unit length won’t allow us to. 

Frames cannot be lifted up flights of stairs, if your venue has a lift we will need you to make sure it is large enough to accommodate a single frame measuring 1.8m in height and length and 80cm in width. All measurements re access will need to be confirmed prior to ordering as we are unable to offer refunds if we cannot access the venue on the day of delivery.

We advise that you send a video showing your access of which our staff can highlight any areas of concern prior to your booking date. 

Parking Requirements and Weather

We will require onsite parking for a luton van. 

If the weather forecast is looking to impact your party, we are able to set up inside (providing there is space available). You can transfer your booking to another date if needed (availability dependant). However, refunds will not be provided due to factors out of our control.
